Authentium, Inc., a developer of defence software and services, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to barter its Command antivirus to Commtouch.
According to a release, the capstan price for the assets is approximately $4.6 million, plus an additional “earnout,” which may bring the total amount to approximately $8 the multitude.
The asset sale reflects Authentium’s plans to focus on its felicitous SafeCentral business moving forward. SafeCentral has both corporate and consumer editions.
