RALEIGH, N.C. — GFI Software, a market leading provider of software infrastructure products with regard to small and medium-sized enterprises, announced today that it has acquired Sunbelt Software and specifically its VIPRE® product suite. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition desire allow GFI to merge VIPRE technology into GFI’s email protection and web security solutions group, and will provide GFI with recent security products consisting of world-class and innovative technology.
